Refund & Returns Policy

Firecrackers are classified as hazardous, explosive materials, so once an order has left our shop it can't be returned or exchanged — this is standard practice across the fireworks industry, in line with the safety regulations that govern how explosives are handled, stored, and transported. Once a box is out of our custody, we have no way to verify how it was stored or handled, and that's exactly the risk a no-returns policy for this category of product exists to avoid.

Cancellations — every order here is confirmed with you directly on WhatsApp before it's dispatched, so you can cancel or change it any time before that confirmation — just message us.

Damaged or incorrect items — if something arrives damaged, or doesn't match what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp with photos as soon as you can after delivery. We review these on a case-by-case basis and arrange a replacement where it's warranted.
